Community Education

The Alliance for Suicide Prevention offers educational programs through its Speaker’s Bureau, which is staffed by trained volunteers who share knowledge and personal experience to promote understanding and reduce the stigma associated with suicide. Presentations focus on depression, bipolar disorder, and suicide, and can be adapted to meet individual group needs. Our youth program, Raising Awareness of Personal Power (RAPP), is presented throughout Poudre School District and Thompson School District. Our adult program, Hope for Today, is presented to college students, faith communities, businesses, and law enforcement. We offer:

  • Public Presentations
  • Staff In-Services
  • Gatekeeper Training
