Need Someone Who Knows Just What Being Bipolar Feels Like?

Living with bipolar or depression is a struggle that no one needs to face alone. Need to talk? There’s people who can help! Northern Colorado has a facilitated depression and bipolar support group that’s hosted twice a month. These drop-in and stress-free groups can help you receive the help and understanding that you need in a comfortable atmosphere.

Support groups will be held on the first Thursday of every month from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at Zion Lutheran Church in Loveland, and every 3rd Thursday from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at Harmony Presbyterian Church in Fort Collins. You can contact the group facilitator, Debbie, at (970)-420-0867.trees_water
