Suicide Prevention in Action

LGBTQ+ Outreach

LGBTQ+ Youth Outreach

Having a strong feeling of community and connectedness has been shown as a key protective factor in preventing suicide. Outreach program aims to engage in activities and community initiatives to promote LGBTQ+ awareness, inclusion, and support. Our work includes an LGBTQ+ workgroup for creating safe spaces, inclusivity trainings, supporting local LGBTQ+ programs and events, engaging schools to support GSAs, and more.
