Please join us for one of our favorite events of the year! The Teen Self-Care Fair returns on October 18 for a day dedicated to giving young people and their caregivers opportunities to explore what self-care can look like.
The fair brings together community organizations, activities, resources, and hands-on opportunities centered around mental health, connection, creativity, wellness, and healthy coping skills.
The Teen Self-Care Fair is designed to make conversations about mental health approachable, engaging, and empowering while connecting families with resources available right here in our community.
