Our grief support groups can be a great place to feel that hand on your back or an understanding hug from someone who’s experienced the same loss. We’re now offering a Facebook group to grief support group members to feel that ongoing support throughout the month. Our facilitator regularly posts reminders of ways to move through each day. Other group members are also there to reach out a friendly hand when someone posts about a memory, celebrates a moment of hope, or asks for advice.
