Hope for Today is a free adult suicide prevention program available to any group in Larimer County. Through this training you will learn about suicide awareness and stigma, how to recognize the signs of someone who may need support, how to start a conversation to motivate someone to seek help, and the resources available in your community.
Presentations generally last one to one and half hours but can be customized to your group. We offer a free consultation to tailor the presentation to your audience, incorporate existing resources or procedures within your organization, and to build scenarios or exercises to gain the comfort and confidence to effectively use your new skills.

The Alliance partners with SummitStone Health Partners and the Health District of Larimer County to coordinate QPR training, a nationally recognized and evidence based program. We recommend following a Hope For Today training with QPR in order to better understand the full scope of crisis intervention.
